Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000+ (depending on experience)


• Equipment Provided: Laptop for remote work

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service, including handling inbound calls, addressing client inquiries, and managing renewals.


• Process applications and market accounts to various carriers.


• Manage accounts from A-Z with some assistance from the certificate department and backend processing support.


• Handle a book of business with approximately 30-40 renewals per month.


• Collaborate with carriers for quoting new and renewal business (no in-house quoting required).


• Work with small to middle-market accounts, ranging from $3,000 to $250,000 in premium, with a focus on niche industries.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas.


• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance.


• Software Proficiency: Experience with AMS360 is highly preferred.


• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with contractors and surplus lines is a plus.


• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
