Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing generalist accounts, focusing on small business and lower middle-market clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial account management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle all aspects of the role, including marketing and sales.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: Starting at $70,000, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and interview performance. Middle-market roles may offer up to $100,000.


• Benefits: Health and vision insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business consisting of small business and lower middle-market accounts.


• Handle all aspects of the role, including quoting new and renewal business, marketing, and policy servicing.


• Work towards reducing smaller accounts while increasing revenue over the next 12 months.


• Identify opportunities to sell additional lines of coverage and secure new business.


• Collaborate with a team in a people-first, family-friendly, and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of commercial account management experience.


• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software preferred, but training will be provided if necessary.
