Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to managing and servicing a $2.2M book of business, focusing on commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. This is an in-office position, reporting directly to the President/CEO, and offers the opportunity to work alongside a team of five professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a $2.2M book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.


• Quote new and renewal business, providing accurate and timely proposals.


• Collaborate with team members to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.


• Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.


• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines account management.


• Software Proficiency: Must have experience with Epic software.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, in-office environment.
