Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a book of business consisting of middle-market accounts ranging from $25,000 to $300,000 in premium size. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a client-focused mindset.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of business consisting of middle-market commercial accounts.


• Handle quoting for new and renewal business as needed.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the EPIC software system.


• Provide support for non-licensed administrative tasks as required.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active insurance license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance; 3-5 years preferred.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.


• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
