Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. As a locally owned and operated agency. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the agency's continued growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance account management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000 annually, plus commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ranging from $5,000 to $20,000 in premium size.


• Provide end-to-end servicing, including quoting new and renewal business, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy administration and client satisfaction.


• Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.


• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active 4-40 or 2-20 license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in commercial insurance account management.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred.
