Commercial Lines Account Manager (Condo/HOA Master Policies)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role focuses on managing Community Association and Condominium Association Master Policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, managing the full account lifecycle, and ensuring the highest level of professionalism and accuracy in all interactions. Compensation Package

• Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of accounts, including quoting, renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing


• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency


• Handle Community Association and Condominium Association Master Policies


• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management


• Utilize AMS360 and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word) for daily tasks


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Lines CSR or Account Manager within an independent agency


• Strong knowledge of commercial property insurance


• Proficiency in AMS360 and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)


• Professional appearance and polished communication skills


• Warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor


• Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate effectively


• Proactive and intuitive approach to tasks


• Excellent grammar and polished client interaction skills
