Account Manager - Real Estate and Construction

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager with a strong background in real estate and construction to join a team. This is a 100% onsite role, focusing on servicing and remarketing small to middle-market accounts ranging from $10,000 to $250,000. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing accounts, a proactive approach to client service, and a commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Targeting $85,000 annually, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of small to middle-market accounts within the real estate and construction sectors.


• Handle remarketing efforts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


• Collaborate with internal teams, including claims and certification teams, to deliver seamless client support.


• Provide quotes for new and renewal business as needed.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts.


• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, with a focus on real estate and construction industries.


• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.


• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Zywave is a plus but not required.
