Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a growing team. As a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting Account Managers, handling claims, processing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, marketing, and quoting new and renewal business.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide general servicing and administrative support to Account Managers.


• Handle claims, process Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and other client requests.


• Assist with marketing efforts for new and renewal business.


• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.


• Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all client interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a larger agency.


• Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is highly preferred.


• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.


• Work Ethic: Stable and steady professional background with a commitment to excellence.
