Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a close-knit, family-oriented insurance agency. What You’ll Do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, helping them with day-to-day service needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the main contact for policyholders


• Responding to client questions and service requests


• Assisting clients with coverage options and policy changes


• Managing renewals and endorsements


• Maintaining accurate client records in agency systems


• Resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner


• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships


• Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and agency procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required


• 2+ years of experience in commercial lines preferred


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment


• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently


• Comfortable working in an office-based, team-oriented setting

• Compensation: Up to $65,000 annually (depending on experience)
