Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist to support a growing commercial insurance team. This role is responsible for working closely with producers, marketing commercial accounts to carriers, securing competitive coverage solutions, and supporting the overall success of the commercial lines department. The ideal candidate will have strong carrier relationships, commercial insurance knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with producers to develop and execute marketing strategies for commercial insurance accounts.
Market new and renewal business to carriers and secure competitive quotes and coverage options.
Serve as a liaison between producers, carriers, and underwriters throughout the marketing process.
Analyze market conditions and identify opportunities to enhance coverage solutions and client offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and underwriting contacts.
Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for prospective and existing clients.
Support the placement and brokering of commercial insurance accounts across a variety of industries and risk types.
Review carrier quotes and coverage options to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives.
Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system.
Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines, industry regulations, and internal procedures.
Collaborate with internal team members to provide a high level of service and support.
Qualifications/Requirements
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
Minimum of 3 years of commercial lines marketing, underwriting, or related commercial insurance experience.
Experience working with a broad range of commercial insurance accounts.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and carrier markets.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually.
Performance-based bonus opportunity.
