Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join a growing team as a Commercial Lines Producer.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on trust and personalized service


• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and retain existing clients


• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless client support


• Travel locally to meet with clients and prospects as needed


• Represent the company in a professional and approachable manner

Qualifications/Requirements

For Entry-Level Candidates:

• Recent college graduate or early-career professional with a strong sales personality


• Willingness to work onsite full-time during training, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

For Experienced Candidates:

• Proven track record as a validated producer in Commercial Lines


• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the start


• Strong understanding of the local market and ability to build trust within the community

General Requirements:

• Local residency or strong ties to area (Decatur, Bloomington, Washington, or Peoria preferred)


• Ability to travel locally as required
