Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package tailored to experience and performance levels:

  • BoB: $100,000 - $500,000

  • Base Salary: $200,000 - $250,000
  
  
  • BoB: $500,000+

Additional Benefits:

• Lookback Bonus: Bill $500,000 and receive a bonus of $500,000, paid out over a specified period.


• Commission Structure: 40/25 (negotiable).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.


• Collaborate with market leads and senior management to align sales strategies with company goals.


• Utilize software tools such as AMS260 and Salesforce to manage accounts and track performance.


• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with expert advice.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a focus on commercial accounts.


• 3-7+ years of experience in the industry, depending on the compensation tier.


• Strong understanding of general account types and client management.


• Proficiency in AMS260 and Salesforce software.


• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.


• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
