Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Producer to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Salary: $70,000- 150,000 + commissions based on exsperience

Responsibilities

• Drive new business sales by identifying and pursuing prospective clients.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.


• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.


• Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and sales processes efficiently.


• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with the best possible advice.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.


• Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.


• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred.


• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
