Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation structure based on experience and performance:

• Entry-Level to Junior Licensed (3-7 years of experience): $65,000 - $180,000 annually, with a book of business (BoB) ranging from $100K to $500K. Sign-on bonuses range from $5,000 to $25,000.


• Senior-Level (7+ years of experience): $200,000 - $250,000 annually, with a BoB of $500K. Sign-on bonuses range from $15,000 to $100,000.

  • Lookback Bonus: Bill $500K and receive a $500K bonus paid out over subsequent years.
  
  
  • Commission: Competitive structure at 40/25, with room for negotiation.
  
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.


• Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.


• Collaborate with market leads and senior management to align strategies and achieve business objectives.


• Utilize software tools such as AMS260 and Salesforce to manage accounts and track performance.


• Prepare and present business plans to demonstrate strategic approaches to achieving goals (optional but preferred).


• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience:
  
  
  
  • Entry-Level to Junior Licensed: 3-7 years of experience in commercial production or a related field.
  
  
  • Senior-Level: 7+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in sales production.
  
  
  
  


• Licensure/Designations: Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred but not mandatory.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS260 and Salesforce software.


• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.


• Preferred Background: Candidates with experience at USI or similar organizations are highly desirable.
