An opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Lines Producer with a specialized niche. The role involves developing and managing a pipeline of prospects, securing new business, and contributing to revenue growth. Compensation Package

• Competitive base salary starting at $65,000 and above, based on experience and niche specialization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients within the chosen niche.


• Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities.


• Conduct weekly commission growth meetings with the Director of Revenue.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.


• Build and nurture strong relationships within the specialized niche to establish credibility and drive business growth.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance


• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.


• Proficiency in EPIC software.


• Strong expertise in one or more of the following niches:

  • Shoreside marine (inland or ocean marine)

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships within the specialized niche.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
