Build and grow a book of middle-market commercial clients
Focus on prospecting new business and holding client meetings
Work closely with senior leadership and agency partners
Spend time in the field developing relationships

3–4 years of B2B sales experience OR
2–3 years in an insurance-related role (Producer Assistant, Account Rep, etc.)
Experience prospecting and leading client meetings
P&C license preferred (or ability to obtain)
Highly motivated, competitive, and driven
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Coachable and open to structured sales training
