Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Producer to join a team. Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation structure tailored to experience and performance:

• Entry-Level to Junior Licensed (3-7 years of experience): $65,000 - $110,000 base salary, no book of business required.


• Mid-Market (3-7 years of experience): $110,000 - $180,000 base salary, with a book of business ranging from $100,000 to $500,000. Sign-on bonuses between $5,000 and $25,000.


• Senior-Level (7+ years of experience): $200,000 - $250,000 base salary, with a book of business exceeding $500,000. Sign-on bonuses between $15,000 and $100,000.

  • Lookback Bonus: Bill $500,000 and receive a $500,000 bonus paid out over subsequent years.
  
  
  • Commission: Competitive structure at 40/25, with room for negotiation.
  
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.


• Collaborate with market leads and senior leadership to align sales strategies with company goals.


• Utilize software tools such as AMS260 and Salesforce to manage accounts and track performance.


• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with expert advice.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience:
  
  
  
  • Entry-Level to Junior Licensed: 3-7 years of experience in commercial production or a related field.
  
  
  • Mid-Market: 3-7 years of experience with a proven ability to manage a book of business.
  
  
  • Senior-Level: 7+ years of experience with a strong sales background and leadership capabilities.
  
  
  
  


• Licensure/Designations: Relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS260 and Salesforce is highly desirable.


• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.


• Preferred Background: Candidates with experience at USI or similar organizations are highly regarded.
