Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + commissions and additional bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and expand new business opportunities within assigned industry verticals.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and scheduled meetings.


• Develop subject-matter expertise by selecting a primary and secondary industry vertical for specialization.


• Consistently meet or exceed established sales, production, and activity goals.


• Collaborate with internal partners and leadership to support overall business growth and client success.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience:
  
  
  
  • 3-4 years of B2B sales experience OR 2-3 years in a Producer Assistant or insurance-related role.
  
  
  • Candidates with Risk Management degrees or strong sales experience will also be considered.

  • Proven ability to prospect and hold client meetings.
  
  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Licenses: Property & Casualty license preferred but not required.
