P&C Service Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated P&C Service Manager to oversee a $2M–$3M premium book of mid-sized to large commercial accounts. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine account management expertise with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring staff, managing workflows, conducting performance reviews, and driving process improvements. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing commercial P&C book of business valued at $2M–$3M in premium.


• Provide leadership and guidance to the service team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.


• Oversee workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in account management processes.


• Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members to support their professional growth.


• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience:
  
  
  
  • Proven experience in commercial P&C account management, specifically handling mid-sized to large commercial accounts.
  
  
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with demonstrated leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
  
  
  
  


• Technical Skills:
  
  
  
  • Proficiency in HawkSoft is preferred; experience with Applied Epic or AMS360 is also acceptable.
  
  
  
  


• Education: Relevant certifications or training in commercial insurance are a plus.


• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to mentor and inspire team members while maintaining accountability.
