Commercial/Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial/Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a proven track record in building and managing a successful book of business. The successful candidate will focus on developing an $8-$10 million premium book of business over the next 12-36 months, working with mid-market to high-net-worth accounts. If you have an existing book of business and are looking for a new opportunity, we encourage you to apply. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with the flexibility to work remotely four days a week and in-office one day a week, with an additional in-office day in the first week of each month.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: Competitive, targeting $85,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.


• Work Environment: Hybrid schedule with remote work flexibility.


• Equipment: Company-provided equipment for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business with a target of $8-$10 million in premium over 12-36 months.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on mid-market and high-net-worth accounts with premiums up to $100,000.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.


• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.


• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.


• Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: Proven experience in insurance production, with a strong ability to build and manage a substantial book of business.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software preferred.


• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment.


• Location: Must be able to commute to the New York City office one day a week and the first Wednesday of each month. Candidates in the Larchmont area may work out of the Larchmont office but will still need to attend the NYC office as required.
