About the Company: Our client is a nationally recognized insurance carrier known for delivering innovative risk solutions and exceptional service to its policyholders. With a strong financial foundation and a culture of collaboration, they are seeking a Director of Product Management – Commercial Lines to lead product strategy, development, and execution across multiple business segments.
Salary/Benefits:
$110,000 to $190,000 annual salary.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development, enhancement, and management of commercial lines products to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, claims, and distribution teams to align product initiatives with business objectives.
Partner with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure product filings meet state and federal requirements.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market adoption.
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to product management team members.
Develop business cases and ROI analyses for product changes and enhancements.
Represent the organization with brokers, agents, and industry stakeholders to promote the carrier’s commercial product portfolio.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, CPCU, or equivalent) preferred.
8+ years of product management experience within the P&C insurance industry, with a focus on commercial lines.
Strong understanding of underwriting, pricing, regulatory requirements, and distribution channels.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
