Commercial Insurance Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to drive new business growth and develop a profitable commercial insurance book of business. This role focuses on larger commercial accounts and may include specialized industries such as real estate, hospitality, and healthcare.

The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional with a strong background in commercial property and casualty insurance, a consultative approach to client relationships, and a demonstrated ability to develop new business.

Responsibilities

  Develop and manage a commercial insurance book of business with a focus on larger accounts.

  Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries and market segments.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative risk management and insurance advisory services.

  Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate property and casualty insurance solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with account management and administrative support teams to ensure effective client service.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain awareness of industry trends, market conditions, carrier capabilities, and competitive developments.

  
  


• 
  

  Consistently work toward established production and revenue goals.

  Develop referral relationships and other sources of new business opportunities.

  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• 
  

  Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years of sales experience, preferably with a demonstrated track record of success in commercial insurance production.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance products and coverage.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Applied Epic preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong prospecting, business development, and relationship-management skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Consultative and advisory approach to client service.

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.

Compensation Package

• 
  

  Base Salary: $100,000 – $300,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
