Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team. This role focuses on managing smaller group accounts (50 lives or less) and requires a professional who is passionate about providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, a proven track record of account management, and a desire to grow within a stable and supportive environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually (up to $85,000 for candidates meeting all qualifications)

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of employee benefits accounts, from A-Z, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.


• Conduct enrollment meetings in San Antonio, providing clear and professional guidance to clients.


• Utilize Employee Navigator software to manage and streamline account processes.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all accounts.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in employee benefits account management is highly preferred.


• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.


• Licensing: Active Life & Health (L&H) license is mandatory.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator software is required.
