Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a driven professional looking to grow their book of business while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, handle renewals, and conduct open enrollment meetings.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)


• Commission: Percentage of commission on the book of business

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10-15 accounts, primarily with 50+ lives


• Handle renewals and conduct open enrollment meetings (face-to-face)


• Quote new and renewal business as needed


• Utilize Employee Navigator software to manage accounts and streamline processes


• Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and successful account management

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Life and Health (L&H) license required


• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in employee benefits or a related field; candidates with assistant-level experience looking to advance are encouraged to apply


• Software Proficiency: Experience with Employee Navigator is highly preferred
