Location: Nassau County, NY Salary: Up to $100,000-$125,000 Base Salary + Commission

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to help our clients navigate the complex world of employee benefits. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global brokerage and make a significant impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on employee benefits solutions.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor benefit packages that align with client goals and budgets.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to provide strategic advice.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support throughout the client lifecycle.

Manage the open enrollment process and assist clients with employee communication and education.

Identify opportunities for new business and actively pursue leads to expand your client portfolio.

Qualifications:

Valid Life & Health (L&H) license in New York.

Proven experience in employee benefits brokerage or a related field.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
