Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in the local community


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Employee Benefits


• Provide exceptional service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met


• Collaborate with the service team to deliver seamless client experiences


• Participate in local travel to meet with clients and build trust within the community

Qualifications/Requirements

  For Entry-Level Candidates:

  
  
  
  
  • Recent college graduate with a strong sales-oriented personality
  
  
  • Willingness to work onsite full-time during training, with hybrid flexibility thereafter

  For Experienced Candidates:

  
  
  
  
  • Proven track record as a successful Employee Benefits producer
  
  
  • Ability to start in a hybrid work environment

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  Ability to build trust and rapport with clients

  Local residency or strong ties to the area (Decatur, Bloomington, Washington, or Peoria preferred)

  Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
