Key Responsibilities

• Drive the product development, automation, and/or process engineering projects and initiatives


• Work closely with and collaborate across our business, engineering, and production teams to define and achieve project success


• Identify and resolve key project risks and issues


• Communicate project status to management and stakeholders


• Create new methodologies and solutions to support company growth and scale

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering (or related discipline).


• Strong project management skills: planning, execution, resource coordination, and risk management.


• Excellent stakeholder management, balancing input from leadership, customers, and suppliers.


• Cross-functional project management experience


• A continuous improvement mindset with a drive for process innovation and operational excellence.


• Commutable to Naperville, IL
