About the Role:
Our client, a leading national insurance carrier, is seeking an experienced Garage Keeper/Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to join their claims team. This individual will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex garage keeper claims from initial filing through resolution, ensuring timely and fair claim outcomes while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company guidelines.

Compensation:

• $50.00 - $70.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve garage keeper claims in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.


• Determine compensability, establish reserves, and authorize payments.


• Coordinate and communicate with claimants, employers, medical providers, attorneys, and other stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle.


• Develop strategies for efficient and cost-effective claim resolution, including litigation management when applicable.


• Maintain accurate claim documentation and ensure timely reporting in accordance with state requirements.


• Stay current on jurisdictional laws, medical treatment trends, and best practices in garage keeper claims handling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience handling garage keeper claims for an insurance carrier or TPA.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.


• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and independently.
