What will you do?

• Actively identify new business opportunities within your assigned territory, focusing on acquiring new SOHO customers


• Execute structured sales roadmaps and daily and weekly field plans to maximize territory coverage


• Plan and conduct regular road trips and on-site visits to identify prospects, generate leads, and close deals


• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through continuous prospecting and networking


• Establish and develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers


• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and customer acquisition goals


• Promote and sell the full portfolio of products and services to new and existing customers


• Identify customer needs and provide tailored telecom solutions aligned with their business requirements


• Ensure consistent follow-up and conversion of leads into sales


• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer experience throughout all sales interactions


• Prepare and present weekly sales performance reports, pipeline updates, and action plans

Candidate profile

• University degree in a related field, with Business or Marketing considered an advantage


• Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, or customer acquisition is considered a strong advantage


• Strong hunter mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach


• Ability to plan and execute structured field activities, including sales roadmaps and road trips


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills


• Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently in the field


• Basic knowledge of or strong interest in telecom solutions


• Highly organized, resilient, and target-oriented


• Clean driving license


• Fluent in Greek and English
