Private Client Personal Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Personal Insurance Account Manager to join a fast growing brokerage. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in insurance. The successful candidate will manage VIP personal lines accounts, providing exceptional white glove service to valued clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP personal lines accounts, including secondary and high-value homes, boats/yachts, antique/exotic cars, fine art/jewelry and more.


• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.


• Manage and service a book of business, handling a diverse range of account sizes.


• Utilize agency management software to manage accounts efficiently.


• Collaborate with carriers such as Andover, Chubb, AIG, PURE, and others.


• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong knowledge of insurance coverages.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.


• Strong knowledge of High-Net-Worth coverages.


• Proficiency in using Applied EPIC or similar agency management software is preferred.


• Proven experience managing mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently in a fully remote/hybrid environment.


• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
