Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with high net worth clients by identifying their unique insurance needs and providing customized solutions.


• Provide expert guidance and education to clients about available insurance products, benefits, and coverage options, ensuring full understanding and satisfaction.


• Maintain and grow a portfolio of high net worth clients by delivering exceptional service, building trust, and executing on commitments.


• Collaborate with internal underwriters, account managers, and claims representatives to ensure seamless customer experiences.


• Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities for clients and the business.


• Meet or exceed established sales and retention goals through strategic planning, proactive relationship management, and continuous client engagement.


• Act as a subject matter expert in high net worth insurance, attending client meetings, community events, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s standing in the market.


• Adhere to company policies and compliance standards, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and ethical behavior.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Valid Insurance Producer license required.


• Proven sales experience within the insurance field, with a focus on high net worth clients strongly preferred.


• Comprehensive knowledge of personal insurance products, including property and casualty, auto, liability, and specialty coverage.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively understand client needs and build strong relationships.


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in CRM software and other digital tools to manage client accounts and drive sales strategies.


• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
