Job Summary: The Personal Lines Account Manager is a key member of our independent insurance agency, specializing in managing and servicing personal lines insurance accounts. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assessing their personal insurance needs, and ensuring their policies are accurately maintained. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of personal lines insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to navigate insurance systems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

   • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with personal lines insurance needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or in a similar customer service role within the insurance industry.


• In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting processes.


• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.


• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
