The Hire is partnering with an established Providence-based law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team!

We're particularly interested in candidates who bring deep, hands-on experience with electronic discovery, complex document review and productions, and the use of artificial intelligence in legal workflows.

What we're looking for:

  Strong litigation paralegal experience, particularly with complex discovery matters

  
  


• 
  

  Extensive experience managing electronic document review and productions, including Bates numbering, redactions, de-duplication, and document organization

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms and legal databases, such as Eclipse

  
  


• 
  

  Experience leveraging AI-powered legal technology to streamline document review, discovery, and litigation support

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with state and federal court filings, including PACER

  
  


• 
  

  Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines
