Neos Talent is partnering with a leading global consulting and advisory firm seeking experienced Managers to drive AI-enabled business transformation, operational improvement and value creation across a diverse portfolio of corporate and private equity clients.
As artificial intelligence reshapes the consulting landscape, our client is investing in professionals who can move beyond traditional strategy and advisory work to deliver practical, technology-enabled transformation and measurable business outcomes.

Lead client workstreams focused on business transformation, operational improvement and value creation.
Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, intelligent automation and AI-powered workflows to improve business performance.
Design and implement AI-enabled business processes, moving from strategy and proof of concept through to deployment and adoption.
Partner with technical specialists, engineers and client stakeholders to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions.
Develop transformation roadmaps, operating model improvements and implementation plans.
Quantify the commercial impact of transformation initiatives, including productivity gains, cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Manage project teams, client relationships and delivery milestones.
Support senior leadership in developing innovative, AI-enabled consulting solutions.
Approximately 5–6+ years' experience in management consulting, business transformation, operational improvement or technology-enabled advisory.
Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation or Generative AI solutions within business environments.
Strong understanding of business processes, operating models and performance improvement.
Experience leading project workstreams, managing teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, UiPath, Power Automate or other enterprise AI/automation platforms.
Ability to connect technology implementation with measurable commercial outcomes.
Experience within a Big Four, strategy consultancy, technology consultancy or specialist advisory firm preferred.
Exposure to private equity value creation, finance transformation or enterprise technology transformation advantageous, but not essential.
This is not a pure AI engineering role. We're looking for commercially minded consultants who understand how businesses operate and have practical experience using AI to transform them.
Locations: New York, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, Dallas, Miami and Washington DC.
Base Salary: Circa $175,000–$190,000
Performance-related bonus
Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite
