Job Description

We have a customer in Wickenburg, AZ who has an immediate long-term, DIRECT HIRE opening for a Mechanical Design Engineer.  If you or any of your colleagues are interested in this position, please click APPLY NOW. 

In this role you will work as a Design Engineer and Product owner for several lines of heavy road maintenance equipment.  Specifically, you will use SOLIDWORKS to improve equipment through continuous improvement and cost reduction techniques as well as being directly involved in improving product designs for more efficient and effective machining, welding and assembly and more. 

This is a long-term DIRECT HIRE opportunity and must be worked at company facility in Wickenburg, AZ

Company does have a 4 day/10 hour Monday-Thursday work schedule

Salary is in the 90K-110K range with relocation bonus as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• BSME or similar, 2+ years plus in Mechanical Design and Engineering


• Must have strong background using SOLIDWORKS


• Experience with heavy equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, welded assemblies and similar a plus


• Experience with machining and welding processes a plus, strong project management skills


• Good communications skills and interest in long-term employment
