The Opportunity

We’re seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to help lead and scale a growing multi-site operations function.

This role will be responsible for driving operational performance, developing teams, and implementing process improvements across multiple facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on operations leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop operational teams across multiple facilities


• Drive performance across processing, logistics, and operational functions


• Establish and track operational KPIs and performance metrics


• Recruit, coach, and develop frontline leaders


• Manage staffing and workforce planning requirements


• Identify and implement process improvements


• Standardize operational procedures across locations


• Support compliance, safety, and quality initiatives


• Lead operational projects and site-based initiatives


• Travel to facilities to support performance and growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or related sectors


• Previous leadership experience managing operational teams


• Proven track record of team development and performance improvement


• Experience driving operational or process improvement initiatives


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Multi-site operations experience preferred


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to travel up to 50%
