P&C Insurance Sales Center Manager - **FULLY REMOTE TO NEW ENGLAND RESIDENTS ONLY, DO NOT APPLY OTHERWISE**

Job Summary 

The Sales Center Manager leads all operational, people, technology, workflow, and member service activities within the company's Sales Center. This role is responsible for delivering a best-in-class member experience while driving operations efficiency, team performance, growth, and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities   

• Oversee Sales Center operations, ensuring exceptional member service, operational efficiency, compliance with organizational standards, and achievement of business objectives.


• Direct and develop Sales Center team members through effective leadership, performance management, training, coaching, and succession development to support a high-performing and engaged team.


• Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance, analyzing results, managing resources, resolving complex issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, productivity, quality, and scalability.


• Monitor business processes, technology platforms, workflows, and operational controls to ensure efficient execution, effective adoption, data integrity, and consistent member experience.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with member agencies, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders to support collaboration, service excellence, and organizational success.


• Lead strategic initiatives, business planning, and reporting that support growth, profitability, risk management, and the overall effectiveness of the Sales Center.


• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes 

• Property and Casualty insurance knowledge, including familiarity with personal and commercial lines products, workflows, and service requirements.


• Strong leadership, coaching, team building, change management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement skills.


• Ability to organize and prioritize competing demands, manage multiple initiatives, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, agency management systems, comparative raters, workflow automation, communication, and performance reporting tools.


• Ability to analyze operating data, performance measures, trends, ratios, and financial information to support sound decisions and recommendations.


• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, problem-solving, judgment, and relationship-management skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities 

This position is responsible for the leadership and supervision of the Sales Center team, including Team Leads reporting directly to this position.

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.


• Five or more years of leadership experience in a sales center, service center, insurance operations team, or similar environment.


• Experience leading teams, managing workflow and performance, resolving escalations, and delivering results in a remote, technology-enabled environment.


• Demonstrated experience applying agency management systems, comparative rating tools, CRM platforms, and related technologies within an insurance operations environment.

Work Environment 

The role operates in a primarily remote, technology-enabled environment with conditions consistent with a professional office setting.
