Commercial/Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial/Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing a book of business while delivering exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance account management, excellent organizational skills, and a client-focused mindset.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial and personal lines accounts.


• Handle quoting for new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.


• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the AMS software system.


• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active insurance license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance account management; 3 years preferred.


• Software Proficiency: Experience with AMS software is highly desirable.


• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
