Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (flexible based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business valued at $1.2 million in premium.


• Provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business.


• Handle all aspects of personal lines accounts, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.


• Collaborate with team members across multiple office locations to ensure seamless operations.


• Solicit and secure new business opportunities to grow the book of business.


• Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license highly preferred; must be willing to obtain if not currently licensed.


• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager (open to candidates with captive experience).


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.


• Account Knowledge: Familiarity with standard personal lines accounts, with sizes ranging up to $10,000 (average $4,000).


• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.


• Work Location: Must be able to work onsite; no remote work is available for this position.
