Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a rapidly growing team. A agency has already surpassed its annual goals and continues to expand, driven by a strong pipeline of leads and a commitment to excellence. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing high-value private client accounts, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually


• Incentives: 15-20% commission on new business personal write-offs

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business consisting of high-value private client accounts (approximately $2 million in premiums and a few hundred policies)


• Quote and process new and renewal business


• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with professionalism and care


• Collaborate with the team to achieve agency goals and deliver exceptional client experiences


• Utilize EZLynx software for account management and processing


• Work with carriers such as AIG, Nationwide Private Client, and Chubb to provide tailored insurance solutions

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required


• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on private client accounts and high-net-worth individuals


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx software preferred


• Soft Skills: Fun, outgoing, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
