Job Description

Personal Lines Producer 

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate new employer group relationships


• Expand the number of participating groups


• Perform on-site visits for existing and prospective groups


• Quote and close new personal lines business


• Provide RMV services for produced clients


• Maintain strong follow-up systems to maximize group lead conversion


• Build and maintain long-term client relationships


• Generate new group partnerships through cold calling, cold emailing, and in-person prospecting

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of personal lines insurance experience


• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license


• Highly driven and self-motivated


• Outgoing and personable with strong relationship-building skills


• Extremely organized and detail-oriented


• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule


• Willing to travel and visit employer groups regularly


• Motivated by commission-based earning potential


• Comfortable generating new opportunities through cold outreach (phone, email, and in-person visits) and building relationships from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

• Applied Epic experience


• Singlepoint experience
