Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing insurance agency. This onsite position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment while managing personal lines insurance accounts from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional committed to delivering exceptional service, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring efficient account management.

Responsibilities

  Manage personal lines insurance accounts from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely handling of client needs.

  Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.

  Handle policy renewals, endorsements, coverage changes, and other account servicing activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Review insurance policies and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments based on client needs.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize Applied Epic to maintain accurate client records, process transactions, and document account activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal team members to facilitate timely resolution of service requests.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and accountability in all client interactions.

  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• 
  

  Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience in personal lines insurance account management preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, coverages, and policy servicing procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Applied Epic preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
