Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager to join a well-established and growing independent insurance agency. This role involves servicing an existing book of Personal Lines clients while fostering strong, long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day servicing of an assigned book of Personal Lines clients


• Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and other client service requests


• Oversee policy renewals and proactively communicate with clients regarding coverage updates


• Review existing accounts to identify coverage gaps and opportunities for account rounding


• Assist clients with Home, Auto, Umbrella, and other Personal Lines insurance products


• Liaise with insurance carriers regarding underwriting, policy changes, and coverage questions


• Prepare quotes and assist with remarketing accounts when necessary


• Maintain accurate client and policy information in the agency management system


• Provide responsive and professional customer service to clients


• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients


• Collaborate closely with Producers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications/Requirements

• Prior experience in Personal Lines insurance is preferred


• Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in building a career in insurance are encouraged to apply


• Property & Casualty license is preferred, or willingness to obtain one


• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills


• Excellent communication and organizational abilities


• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
