Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a keen eye for detail, and a minimum of one year of experience in the insurance industry, preferably within an independent insurance agency. This role offers the opportunity to build long-term client relationships while contributing to the agency's continued growth and success.

Compensation Package

• Hourly Rate: $19.23 per hour (equivalent to $40,000 annually)


• Commission Potential: $2,000 - $10,000+ annually through cross-selling opportunities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to existing accounts and respond promptly to client inquiries.


• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes with accuracy and efficiency.


• Review coverage options and offer tailored recommendations based on client needs.


• Follow up on quote opportunities and agency-generated leads.


• Identify cross-selling opportunities to round out client accounts.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.


• Collaborate with multiple insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options.


• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License.


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance agency setting.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
