Personal Lines High-Net-Worth Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Lines High-Net-Worth Producer to join a growing team. This role requires expertise in insurance sales to serve high-net-worth individuals with personalized risk management and insurance solutions. The focus will be on building long-term client relationships, tailoring insurance portfolios to specific needs, and contributing to the organization's overall success. This position emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong sales abilities, and detailed knowledge of personal insurance products tailored to affluent clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a book of business by cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.


• Analyze clients' risk profiles to recommend tailored insurance solutions, including home, auto, liability, and specialty policies.


• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and participation in relevant industry events.


• Provide exceptional consultation to clients to ensure their insurance needs are met, thoroughly explaining coverage options and addressing any concerns.


• Partner closely with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage plans that align with client needs.


• Stay updated on market trends, evolving high-net-worth insurance products, policy changes, and relevant state and federal regulations.


• Act as a trusted advisor and resource for high-value clients, ensuring proactive communication and relationship management.


• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals while maintaining a high standard of professional ethics and client satisfaction.


• Consistently document client interactions and maintain accurate records using internal CRM software.


• Participate in team collaboration, offering insights to help refine business strategies and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.


• Proven experience as an insurance producer or sales professional, ideally focused on personal lines or high-net-worth clientele.


• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, umbrella liability, and specialty high-value coverages.


• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.


• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.


• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity in managing complex, high-profile client accounts.


• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and insurance quoting software, such as Applied Epic or similar platforms.


• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
