Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join a team. This role involves selling and servicing personal lines insurance policies, including Home, Auto, Renters, Umbrella, and Life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities

• Sell and service personal lines insurance policies, including Home, Auto, Renters, Umbrella, and Life.


• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.


• Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing clients.


• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.


• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and text.


• Maintain accurate documentation and policy records.


• Follow up on leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.


• Meet or exceed sales and retention goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License and Active Life Insurance License (required).


• Experience: Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales and service.
