Personal Lines Insurance Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Producer to join a collaborative insurance team. This role focuses on building and developing a book of personal lines business through relationship building, referrals, centers of influence, and lead generation support.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients identify appropriate insurance solutions. This is an onsite position offering opportunities for professional growth, training, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  Build and manage a book of business focused on personal lines insurance, including home, auto, umbrella, and life products.

  Generate new business through referrals, centers of influence, personal prospecting, and company-provided leads.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, referral partners, and insurance carriers.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities.

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize Applied EPIC to manage client and prospect information and maintain accurate documentation.

  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• 
  

  Prior insurance sales experience preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

  
  


• 
  

  Life insurance licensing or experience is preferred for candidates selling life insurance products.

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrated sales ability and experience working toward production goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with standard personal lines insurance products.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with agency management software; Applied EPIC experience is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment.

  
  

Compensation Package

• 
  

  Base Salary: $40,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Commission: 50% on new business.

  
  


•
