As a Project Assistant, you will bring strong math and analytical skills to problem-solve unfilled orders before deadlines, find new vendors, and guide project tasks such as receiving and delivery timelines, finding similar products through different vendors, and order changes.  You will be finding solutions to achieve on-time and under-budget results for the customers.   

Requirements:

• High school or Associate's degree such as business, admin, accounting, or IT is preferred


• Training period of 8-12 months


• Ability to solve challenges to everyone’s satisfaction


• Effective and pleasant communication skills


• MS Office Suites experience
