What You’ll Do

You’ll lead a multi-site QEHS team and shape the strategy behind safety culture, environmental performance, and quality excellence across the company’s U.S. operations. With a blend of hands-on site engagement and strategic oversight, you’ll become a trusted partner to operational leadership and a key driver of compliance and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

In this role, you will:

  Guide and develop a team of QEHS Specialists supporting multiple nationwide facilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Own the QEHS Management System, strengthening standards, audits, and compliance programs.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with operations, HR, and senior leaders to enhance safety, environmental stewardship, and quality systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead internal audits, corrective actions, regulatory compliance, and certification readiness.

  
  


• 
  

  Influence operational excellence by analyzing trends, minimizing risk, and championing continuous improvement.

  
  

You are a strong fit if you bring:

  5+ years of progressive QEHS leadership experience, ideally across multiple sites.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with ISO, R2v3, RIOS, e-Stewards, or other compliance frameworks.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of OSHA and environmental regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  A proactive, collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels.

  
  


• 
  

  A desire to lead, innovate, and elevate safety and environmental performance across an expanding network.

  
  


• 
  

  (Preferred) A related bachelor's degree and Spanish language skills.
