Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience.


• Incentives: 20% commission on new business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business valued at $1M - $1.5M, depending on experience.


• Provide exceptional customer service, including handling inquiries, processing requests, and resolving issues.


• Handle standard CSR duties such as certificates, payments, and policy changes.


• Quote and process renewals (90%) and new business (10%).


• Support inbound sales leads; cold calling is optional but not required.


• Utilize Applied Epic software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service or insurance-related roles.


• Licensing: Insurance license preferred; support for obtaining licensure available for the right candidate.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applied Epic software is a plus.


• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.


• Flexibility: Willingness to attend in-office training and meetings as needed.
